Developer Ion has received the green light for its i9 office development in Wolverhampton and unveiled plans for a £70m football facility on a 60-acre site in Northwich in partnership with Cheshire FA.
On the first scheme, approved by the City of Wolverhampton Council, Ion will develop the 50,000 sq ft i9 building on Railway Drive next to its existing i10 complex. The £13m development will provide further grade A office for the region when it completes in 2020 after the larger i10 fully pre-let ahead of completion last year.
