The nine-storey grade A office building is scheduled to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2020 with construction having recently begun on the conversion of the former Fitzwilton House site in the centre of Dublin between Baggot Street and Leeson Street Bridges. One Wilton Park, which will also feature 25,000 sq ft of external roof terraces and gardens alongside the office accommodation, has been designed to achieve LEED ‘Platinum’ certification and has already achieved WiredScore’s highest possible rating of ‘Platinum’.
