IPUT has secured a trio of new tenants for its redeveloped Earlsfort Terrace office scheme in Dublin taking a total of 40,000 sq ft between them.
In the lead letting, IPUT, alongside joint venture partner Cashel Fund, have let 26,000 sq ft of space to NASDAQ-listed US biotechnology company BioMarin Pharmaceuticals. The $2.8bn pharmaceutical giant, which is a global leader in enzyme replacement therapies (ERTs), will occupy the fourth, fifth and sixth floors of the city centre office building.
