Irish investors pay £194m for Stockholm offices

Vico Capital, the investment vehicle of Irish investors Brian and Mary Patricia O’Donnell, has bought the 48,310 sq m (520,000 sq ft ) Fatburen office complex in the Swedish capital Stockholm for SKr2.6bn (£194m) from Danish-listed company Keops.
