Irish investors shop for £30m Liverpool store

Credit Suisse ASSET MANAGEMENT has sold a 135,000 sq ft (12,520 sq m) Liverpool city centre retail building on Parker Street for close to £30m to AIB Investment Managers and Dublin-based Goodbody Stockbrokers.
