ISIS Property Trust 2 has bought 1-2 Lochside Way, a 42,401 sq ft office building on the out-of-town Edinburgh Park business park, for £14.4m.

The building is let to HSBC Securities Services on two leases expiring in August 2014 at £837,380, or £20/sq ft.

The move is a further boost for the park some major lettings were secured in August, with Virgin Money taking 25,000 sq ft and Edinburgh-based resi developer Applecross took 12,000 sq ft.
