Isle of Wight chooses Barratt

Barratt David Wilson has been chosen as development partner for the Isle of Wight Council and Spectrum Housing Group for the development of Pan Estate, 58 acres near Newport, where there is detailed planning permission for 846 homes, 30% of them affordable housing units
