Jaguar races to Bruntwood's Neo for new engineering centre

Developer Bruntwood has agreed a deal to sign the UK’s largest car manufacturer Jaguar Land Rover to its Neo office building in Manchester.

The vehicle manufacturing giant has taken the last two remaining floors at the 12-storey building to open a new software, IT and engineering centre.

Jaguar Land Rover’s new office space will comprise 9,464 sq ft occupying the whole tenth and eleventh floors of the building on the corner of Portland Street and Charlotte Street. The tenth floor will house Jaguar Land Rover’s engineering team, while its IT department will take up the eleventh floor.
