The estate and block management company launched last year with backing from Dragons’ Den star James Caan and Faisal Butt’s Spire Ventures and founder David Goldberg declared the company will grow through the acquisition of other property managers. In a first major move towards the company’s target of managing more than 10,000 units by 2022, Point of Difference has poached Collier and Froy and named them operations director and director of business development respectively.
