JD Sports presses Go on expansion for outdoor clothing brand

Delin Capital Go Outdoors

Logistics developer Delin Capital has secured a 353,000 sq ft letting of its Cheshire distribution centre at Midpoint 18 to JD Sports subsidiary Go Outdoors.

JD Sports was given unconditional approval from the Competition & Markets Authority for its £112m acquisition of the outdoor clothing and equipment retailer from YFM Equity Partners and 3i Group last year and the sports chain said the letting in Middlewich will be a platform “to enable further sales growth” for Go Outdoors.
