Jenkins Shipping secures large Derbyshire warehouse deal

Aberdeen Standard Investments has let the entirety of its 141,459 sq ft distribution warehouse in Swadlincote to Irish logistics group Jenkins Shipping.

The large Derbyshire warehouse, known as Tetron 141, has been taken by the logistics business on a five-year lease agreement at an annual rent of £5.75/sq ft to service a major new contract in the region.
