The chairman of camera retailer Jessops said he would not rule out more store closures after its chief executive resigned yesterday, only two weeks after the departure of its finance director. The Times. The Independent. Financial Times. Daily Telegraph
David Adams emphasised there were ‘no current plans’ for additional store closures, but he added: ‘We are going through a process and have found that it is not too difficult to dispose of stores. We would not rule it out.’
The company in June announced plans to close 81, about a quarter, of its stores.
