Jones Lang LaSalle has increased its exposure in France with the purchase of French office design, site management and business relocation specialist Group Tetris.

The purchase, at an undisclosed price, brings a further 75 staff into the JLL French team and a client list that stretches to more than 4,000 organisations from both the private and public sectors.

Major growth potential
Benoit du Passage, chief executive officer of the Jones Lang LaSalle France office said: ‘This acquisition is a perfect match for our growth strategy; it complements initiatives already underway in terms of recruitment and the opening of new offices in the Ile de France region.

'It will allow us to reinforce our market share in our traditional activities and offer new services to clients. With this acquisition, Jones Lang Lasalle now has close to 400 employees in France and shows major growth potential.’

Alastair Hughes, Jones Lang LaSalle’s CEO EMEA said: ‘This is the ninth small to medium sized acquisition we have made this year in EMEA, as we continue to develop our service offering to clients with a careful blend of organic growth and tactical purchases.’
