JLL expands alternatives team with healthcare specialist

JLL has appointed healthcare specialist David Simpson to its alternatives team in Leeds.

Simpson has joined as a senior surveyor with a remit to specifically grow JLL’s healthcare business across the north of England. The appointment comes on the same day that the IPD Annual UK Healthcare Property Index found that healthcare property returns increased to 11.7% over the last 12 months, up from 7.9% in 2016.
