The joint venture between Irish developer Johnny Ronan’s Ronan Group and US investor Colony Capital has acquired a 4.6-acre site from NAMA which forms part of Project Waterfront in Dublin’s docklands.
Acquired for in excess of €180m (£159m), the site adds to the JV’s holdings on the Dublin waterfront which Ronan Group has built up since teaming up with Colony Capital following the sell-off of assets including Ronan’s Battersea Power Station by the National Asset Management Agency (NAMA).
