Strong public-private partnerships are key to the delivery of the resi-led, mixed-use schemes hailed as the solution to both the retail and housing crises.

But what does it take to create a great partnership?

Find out at this year’s RESI Convention, when a panel of experts will be asked: ‘How can we create more civil partnerships?’

The panel, comprising Old Oak & Park Royal Development Corporation’s Liz Peace, Metropolitan Thames Valley chief executive Geeta Nanda, Soho Housing chief executive Vivienne King and Galliford Try’s national land and development director Kieran Daya, will debate how to align the sometimes very different aspirations of the public and private sectors. They will also discuss how partnerships should engage with communities and how to deliver the right level of affordable housing.

The theme of RESI 2019, which takes place at the Celtic Manor Resort on 11-13 September, is ‘Welcome to a Brave New Mixed-up World’. Don’t miss your chance to attend the most relevant RESI yet.
