Langtree McLean, Langtree Group and David McLean Group’s joint venture, is to proceed with developing Liverpool’s International Festival Gardens after completing the site assembly. The masterplan for the 95 acre (31.2 ha) site features a waterside park, 1,372 flats in 26 residential blocks and 70 townhouses.
