Joy skips up to Dundee

Fashion retailer Joy has signed at Lend Lease’s Overgate shopping centre in Dundee for its third Scottish store. The retailer is taking a store on the lower mall at £110,000 a year. Pudney Shuttleworth represented Joy; Syme Gunn Mackay advised Lend Lease.
