Resolution has bought the Junction funds’ Templars retail park, Oxford for £57m.

Capital & Regional, the co-investing property asset manager for the retail park fund the Junction said the net initial yield of the deal was 5.68%.

Cap& Reg held 27.3% of the fund's units at the end of July. The 142,000 sq ft park is the second park Resolution has bought from the fund this year.

In March it bought the £58.5m, 285,000 sq ft Great Western retail park in Glasgow.
