The joint venture between Valorem Investment Partners, Revelate Capital and Ekistics Property Advisors has acquired a 80,000 sq ft site on Newmarket Square in Dublin with planning consent for an 80,000 sq ft office and retail scheme.
Demolition of the existing building in the Liberties area of the city, which sits adjacent to the Teeling whiskey distillery, will commence imminently with construction of 80,000 square feet of office and retail space of four to six storeys due to begin in early 2019. Alongside the JV’s scheme, there are also plans to develop a 202-bed hotel and multiple residential and student schemes in the square.
