A joint venture between an investor and a fuel supplier has submitted plans to build a 5m sq ft industrial park on the site of the former Coryton Oil Refinery.
Marcol-owned iSec and Greenergy have already secured planning permission for remediation of the 100 acres where the first phase of the Thames Enterprise Park will be developed, while the wider proposals have already been through public and local authority consultation.
