Protego Real Estate Investors has bought the Kamppi shopping centre in Helsinki, Finland, from Boultbee for €452.5m (£334m) – at a net initial yield 4.5%. The 430,560 sq ft centre opened in March 2006 and has more than 140 shops. Cushman & Wakefield advised Protego; Michael Elliott advised Boultbee.
