Kenmore Property Group

Kenmore Property Group has paid £16.5m for Middlesbrough’s 150,000 sq ft (13,935 sq m) Centre North East, the region’s tallest building. The price reflects an initial yield of 9%. John Miles & Company acted for the London-based vendor Marchday; Jones Lang LaSalle acted for Kenmore.
