Kennedy Wilson secures road fuel giant for Manchester business park

Kennedy Wilson has secured a 12,000 sq ft letting to the UK’s largest road fuel supplier Greenergy at Towers Business Park in Greater Manchester

Greenergy has relocated to Ocean House on the business park in Didsbury. Towers Business Park was acquired for £82m by KWE from Lone Star in May 2016 and since undergone significant investment including the addition of new cycling facilities and an onsite café.
