Aim-listed Commercial Group Properties yesterday announced it has signed an agreement with Beijing Association of SME, a Chinese trade body for small and medium-sized companies, to lease up to 1.1m sq ft of offices at a proposed development at Manston International Business Park.

The 10-year property agreement, which is said to be worth more than Commercial Group Properties’s £27.6m market capitalisation, is underwritten by Chinamex Middle East Investment and Trade Promotion Centre, a Dubai-registered company backed by the Beijing ministry of commerce.
