OakNorth has provided a £12.7m loan package to student accommodation provider Kexgill for a development at the University of Hull.
The loan will finance the acquisition and refurbishment of 91 homes which will provide accommodation for 436 students. Most of the properties will be let as five-bedroom en-suites.
