Khan approves Kensington Forum after affordable homes tripled

Mayor of London Sadiq Khan has approved Queensgate Investments and Rockwell Property’s plans to redevelop the Kensington Forum Hotel, after the developers agreed to make all the homes in the scheme affordable.
