Kier sells Natwest’s Leeds office to Strathearn Glasgow

Kier Property, the property arm of Kier Group, has sold the Headrow Court office buildings in Leeds to Strathearn Glasgow.

Headrow Court is located on The Headrow, opposite Leeds Town Hall, and provides approximately 45,693 sq ft of office accommodation in a cluster of four separate units. All of the buildings are currently leased to NatWest Bank.
