Kier Property has sold two units of its Logistics City development in Basingstoke to a US fund for an undisclosed sum.

One of the units is a 49,514 sq ft building occupied by Thermo Fisher and the other is a 36,376 sq ft building occupied by Network Rail.

The third, 22,886 sq ft unit on the Logistics City development remains unoccupied and is being marketed by Hollis Hockley and LSH.

“We are delighted to have sold part of our Logistics City scheme in Basingstoke,” said Leigh Thomas, managing director for Kier Property. “The South East is a key focus for our business and we’re currently undertaking a number of schemes in the region.”
