King Sturge is to open an office in Katowice, Poland, by the end of the month.

The firm, announced today that it was opening the office in order to benefit from the growth of the property market in the Upper Silesia area of southern Poland – an area which is becoming increasingly popular among industrial developers.

In addition to industrial agency, King Sturge will offer services including site assembly, office agency, property management, investment advice and research.

The firm already has instructions in the area, including leasing agency roles at Trigranit’s Silesia Towers office development in Katowice city centre and at Cross Point, an industrial park being developed by St Vincent Group-owned developer Osier Group.

The office is at Chorzowska 50 in Katowice.
