Knight Frank arranges debt facility for Hyundai’s £55m NHS HQ deal

Knight Frank Debt Advisory has arranged a three-year debt facility at 65% loan-to-value for Hyundai Asset Management’s purchase of Gyle Square, the NHS’s headquarters in Edinburgh, for £55m.

Acting for DB Financial Investment on its first underwriting of a UK property purchase, Knight Frank arranged the debt facility from ICICI Bank UK.
