Knight Frank have confirmed their swoop on four of DTZ’s senior staff in Scotland.

As revealed in Property Week last month, former DTZ office agents Sinclair Browne, Michael Facenna, Nadir Khan-Jahoor and Adam Shaw have joined Knight Frank in Glasgow and Edinburgh.

Browne, a former DTZ director, heads up the Glasgow office agency team accompanied by Facenna who works as a senior surveyor.

In Edinburgh DTZ-associate Khan-Juhoor takes up a new role as partner in charge of offices – with Shaw as associate.

The four agents had joined DTZ from Donaldsons when it was taken over in July this year as reported in Property Week (28.09.07). They fill a hole left in Knight Frank’s office agency presence following the departure of directors David Smith and Andy Cunningham to Lambert Smith Hampton three years ago, and director Nick White to join developer Cala at the beginning of the year.

Browne and Facenna started work last week. Khan-Juhoor and Shaw start on 29 October.
