After falling for two years in a row, full-year profits at Knight Frank have bounced back, climbing 14% thanks to strong growth in the UK and overseas.
In the year to the end of March, group profit before tax was up 14% to £166.7m on the back of 10% growth in turnover to £525.9m. The jump takes Knight Frank’s profits above the previous record high of £162m reported in 2015.
