Kosy Living has appointed two new senior staff members following a recent recruitment drive. Eve Thomson has joined the team as Head of Marketing and Adam Wilkinson as Head of Planning.
Thomson has joined the team from an award winning PBSA operator and has previously worked with some of the biggest names in the industry. She will be responsible for the brand and all marketing strategies, leading on advertising, online/digital and creative.
Wilkinson has worked across all sectors, including with various local authority departments and planning consultancies. He will support the business goals and work alongside the architects, leading and advising on planning strategies and seeing development plans through to fruition.

Kosy Living has also recruited an in-house a 3D visualiser and architect and are expected to announce a further senior appointment before the end of the year.
