Lakeland takes 56 acre Roydon Marina Village

Lakeland Leisure Group has acquired the 56.2 acre site of Roydon Marina Village in Essex for £10.75m.

Comprising a marina, holiday lodges and residential park homes, as well as a motel, clubhouse and other leisure facilities, Roydon Marina Village is based outside the village of Roydon and close to Harlow in Essex.
