David Smith, the head of Lambert Smith Hampton’s (LSH) Glasgow office, has been promoted to take control of the property consultancy’s north region.
Smith, who joined LSH in 2005, has been appointed to the firm’s operations board as North regional director.
He takes charge of the North’s nine regional offices with immediate effect.
The appointment follows Alan Solomons, former head of the north region, taking a new national remit with responsibility for business management and compliance.
