Lancer’s ship comes in

Shipping company Noble Europe has taken an extra 20,500 sq ft at Lancer Property Asset Management’s 33 Cavendish Square in London’s West End. It will pay £45/sq ft on a 10-year lease. DTZ and GVA Saxon Law advised Lancer; Marshall Hutton advised Noble Europe.
