Land Securities has completed a 8,867 sq ft office letting to forensic accountancy firm RGL Forensics at Dashwood, Old Broad Street, in the City of London.

The office, next to Liverpool Street station and St Botolph’s public garden, has been completely renovated increasing lettable space by around 41,000 sq ft.

RGL has taken the space on a term of 10 years but the rent is undisclosed.

Graham Hayman, Land Securities’ leasing director of its London portfolio, said: ‘Despite current market conditions we are confident that the quality and attractiveness of the scheme will continue to appeal to occupiers over the short to medium term.’

Savills advised Land Securities and King Sturge advised RGL Forensics.
