Graham Hayman, Land Securities’ leasing director of the London portfolio, said: ‘We are delighted to have secured a further high quality tenant at Dashwood. We have seen occupier interest picking up in the London letting market and have been confident that the quality and attractiveness of the scheme will appeal to occupiers over the short to medium term. It really is quite exceptional office space.’
