Land Securities confirmed today it had secured 95,000 sq ft (8,826 sq m) of lettings at Cardinal Place in London’s Victoria.
Advertising firm Interpublic Group (IPG), advised by Cushman & Wakefield, has taken 37,250 sq ft (3,461 sq m) on the fifth floor.
Management consultant Cambridge Associates, advised by Savills, will occupy 26,600 sq ft (2,471 sq m) on the fourth floor. It will share the floor with communications company AT&T, which will occupy 9,100 sq ft (845 sq m).
Ruffer, the management investment firm, has secured the remaining 22,100 sq ft 2,053 sq m) on the seventh floor. CB Richard Ellis advised Ruffer and AT&T.
The leases reflect terms between 10 and 15 years and rental levels ranging between £55/sq ft and £64/ sq ft (£592.02-£688.90/sq m). CB Richard Ellis and Jones Lang LaSalle advised Land Securities.
Cardinal Place won the British Council for Offices Award for Office Development of the Year in 2006 and scooped Gold award in the BCSC’s 'In-Town Retail Schemes' category.
