Land Securities has received the go ahead for its redevelopment of Park House on London’s Oxford Street

Land Securities said today Westminster City Council’s Planning and Transportation Committee had resolved to grant planning consent for the 1-acre (0.42ha) mixed-use development at 453-497 Oxford Street.

The site, which will include 100,000 sq ft (9,290 sq m) of retail space, 165,000 sq ft (15,328 sq m) of offices and 39 apartments is bordered by Oxford Street to the north, Park Street to the west, North Row to the south and North Audley Street to the east. It has been designed by Hamiltons Architects.
