Land Securities share-leap seals property hat-trick

LandSecs' shares jumped 7% to 821p, driving the Real Estate Index up 2.5% to 1899. The index is now positive for the first time since the beginning of the year, compared with the All-Share, which has fallen nearly 8% this year; last week it was up 0.5% to 2991.
