Land Securities submit planning application

Land Securities this week submitted a planning application for its £500m One New Change office and retail scheme near St Paul’s Cathedral. Designed by French architectural wonder Jean Nouvel, the development, shown here from within an internal walkway, has been dubbed the ‘stealth’ building.
