L&G and partner sell 31,650 sq ft Leeds office block for £10.2m

Legal & General and Scarborough International Properties have sold the 31,650 sq ft office building Paradigm at Thorpe Park Leeds for £10.2m.

Paradigm is fully let on 10-year leases to Pure Retirement, Wates Construction, EP UK Investments Limited and Renew Holdings across three floors.
