L&G invests £44.6m in housing for Croydon’s homeless

Legal & General has invested £44.6m in a partnership with Croydon Council to provide 167 homes for families on the housing waiting list.

The homes are a mixture of houses and apartments in Croydon and neighbouring boroughs and will be let to Croydon Council on a 40-year term with rents set at local housing allowance levels.
