Landlords get round in

Liverpwool City Council is asking pub landlords to pay between £250 and £400 to support this year’s Mathew Street Festival, which takes every August bank holiday. The event is the biggest free outdoor public festival of the year in the city, and regularly attracts 500,000 visitors.
