Gateway Offices Titanic Quarter

One of Belfast’s most prominent office buildings, The Gateway Offices in the Titanic Quarter, has hit the market for £34m.

CBRE has been appointed to market the building, which has a net lettable area of 133,000 sq ft and is fully let to Citibank.
