Landmark secures trio of West End lettings

Serviced office provider Landmark has secured three lettings in London’s West End totalling around 85,000 sq ft, adding more than 1,000 desks to its portfolio.

Landmark has signed for 40,000 sq ft of office space at 2 Portman Street and has trebled its presence at the Cavendish Square office block in Marylebone, taking around 30,000 sq ft of space.

The company has also taken 15,000 sq ft of space at 40 Bernard Street, near Russell Square tube station, where it will offer 230 workstations as well as meeting rooms, informal spaces and phone booths.
