Landsec's Arvaniti joins to lead asset management team at Capital & Regional

Retail REIT Capital & Regional has appointed former Landsec portfolio director Vasiliki Arvaniti as asset portfolio director to lead their restructured asset management team.

As part of the senior leadership team, she will be responsible for the delivery of the community shopping masterplan strategy across C&R’s shopping centres. Capital & Regional recently reported a 3.4% increase in its estimated rental value for the first half of 2018 for its portfolio of predominantly in-town shopping centres.
