Land Securities has confirmed the letting of six floors at Cardinal Place in London’s Victoria to Microsoft

Microsoft is taking 92,802 sq ft (8,622 sq m) on the first to fifth floors at 100 Victoria Street and the first floor at 80 Victoria Street, as revealed in Property Week (news, 28.04.06).

The space will house the UK headquarters of its online services group, which includes the MSN and Windows Live businesses.

Microsoft is paying close to £60/sq ft (£645.84/sq m) on a 15-year lease, and is moving from Microsoft House at 10 Great Pulteney Street in London’s Soho.

The letting means that 100 Victoria Street is now fully let.
